Made in small batches on a daily basis, Our House Truffle ganache center is a blend of deep dark European chocolate, then enrobed in a rich Valrhona milk chocolate shell, and dusted with Scharffen Berger cocoa. These delicate morsels look like the true truffles plucked from the ground. Each tin is filled with 6 truffles.
